How Reely collects, uses, stores, and protects information.

Overview

Reely respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we store it, and what choices you have when you use our iOS, Android, and web apps.

Information we collect

Account information

If you sign in, we may collect your email address, authentication provider details, and internal user ID.

Gameplay data

We may store puzzle attempts, submitted paths, scores, hint usage, completion times, and puzzle progress.

Device and usage data

We may collect device type, operating system, app version, basic screen and action events, and reliability data.

Push notification data

If notifications are added and you enable them, we may collect a device push token and notification preferences.

Anonymous users

If you use the app anonymously, we may use a temporary identifier so your progress and stats can be stored.

How we use information

• Authenticate users and maintain sessions

• Save progress, scores, stats, and puzzle history

• Power hints, leaderboards, streaks, and profile features

• Improve gameplay, stability, and product performance

• Prevent abuse, cheating, fraud, and misuse

• Support reminders, premium access, subscriptions, and advertising

Advertising

Reely may display ads to free users. Ads may be served by third-party providers such as Google AdMob and other Google advertising services. Those providers may collect device identifiers, usage data, and ad interaction data under their own policies. Premium subscribers may receive an ad-free experience.

Subscriptions

Reely may offer premium subscriptions and other optional paid features. Premium access may include ad removal and additional gameplay or account features. Payment processing and subscription management may be handled by the relevant platform, app store, subscription provider, or payment provider.

Data storage and security

Reely uses cloud infrastructure, including Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, and Hosting. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Third-party services

We rely on third-party services to operate the app. These may include Firebase, Google or Apple sign-in, RevenueCat for subscription management, and advertising providers such as Google AdMob and other Google advertising services. Their handling of data is governed by their own policies.

Your rights

• Request access to your account data

• Request correction of inaccurate account information

• Request deletion of your account and associated personal data

• Disable future notifications if and when they are offered

Children's privacy

Reely is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Reely evolves. If we make material changes, we may update the in-app presentation or provide notice where appropriate.
